For large properties (over 500 m²), we provide a customized quote tailored to the specific characteristics of the project.
It is not mandatory, but it is recommended. Being present allows you to resolve doubts on the spot and receive direct explanations from the architect about any relevant findings.
The report will indicate all detected defects along with their level of importance. This will help you make more informed decisions, negotiate the purchase price, or assess whether it’s advisable to proceed with the transaction.
If the inspection cannot be carried out because the seller or owner cancels the appointment or denies access to the property, the same cancellation policy as for the client will apply:
If notified more than 24 hours in advance, 90% of the amount will be refunded, retaining 10% for administrative costs.
If notified less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the amount will be retained.
If we are already at the property and the inspection cannot be performed, 100% of the service fee will be charged, as the professional’s travel and time have already been committed.
